26 August 2009, Dr. Zhen Ye, director of Golden Bough made a keynote address on The Current Situation of China’s Creative Industries and the Collaboration of Wales and China in Creative Industries at the invitation of the planning meeting of “Wales China Creative Industries Forum” from Confucius Institute of Cardiff University. Participants of this forum including the main promoters of the Creative Industries of Wales as Welsh Assembly, the British Government for Culture, Media and Sports, Cardiff Council, Creative Business Wales and Glamogan University.
